Kewaunee Health and Fitness Center is a member-owned nonprofit that contributes to the well being of its members in Kewaunee, WI. It offers different services such as: weight training, indoor track and gymnasium, hot tub, indoor swimming pool, group classes, and spin classes.

Contribution
Collaborated in the Kewaunee County Senior Fair, creating awareness of the organization for the surrounding areas
Organized and designed a new database of the donors that have contributed to the organization
Collaborated in the design of the strategic plan for 2021 by participating in the meetings, and creating reports for decision making that included information regarding the memberships and check ins.
Donors Database
I designed a new database that allowed the organization not only to have a better control of the donors' information, but also to have access to reports with vital information that could help the Board of Directors to make better decisions, especially when facing the risk of donor fatigue.
I evaluated different software that exist, but due to the size of the organization and the financial restrictions , I decided to continue using Excel, which also reduced the learning curve for the person in charge of it.
